Our company continually got complaints
regarding phones not being answered by a "real person".
We couldn’t afford dedicated employees to answer the
phones full time because of the labor cost. We enjoy working
with TeleRepsUSA and our customers are very happy, because
our phones are constantly answered by a "real person".
Since the phone answering has gone so well, we are now expanding
our use of TeleRepsUSA agents to include data processing.
This is significantly impacting our bottom line in a positive
way and we will be adding additional agents in the very near future. |
